I met Big Curt at a recent event in Santa Clarita. I bought a package of the black pepper teriyaki. Not overly moist but moist enough that the jeeky is pleasant to the mouth. The teriyaki and pepper are a perfect blend of sweet and spicy.
I was so impressed that i bought several more flavors. I also endorsed Big Curt’s to others – friends and strangers, alike.
Curt was/is very passionate about his product and is apparently trying out other flavors.
It’s entrepreneurs like Curt that I, and I would think anyone else, would like to see succeed.

Just tried for the first time from the popup booth at the Long Beach Grand Prix. I was hesitant because I am picky about beef jerky. I prefer brisket jerky, but I thought I would give it a shot. It was just as soft as brisket, tasted great and high quality. I will definitely be ordering some direct or from their Amazon shop!
